of the art Demography System and our Real Estate contacts we will
find a location suitable for the conduct of your business. We
will also let you select an area of preference for your business.

Do I have to use your Contractor and purchase all Equipment
through you?
A Yes, we will build
your store for you.

What is the initial franchise fee and when do we have
to pay it?
A The franchise fee
is $ 25,000 and is included in your initial investment. The
franchise fee is payable upon signing of the franchise agreement
and balance of the initial investment upon a site selection.

Is financing available?
A Yes financing is
available to qualified applicants. The amount of the available
financing may vary for each applicant.

What are the on-going fees paid to Knight and Day?
A Royalties Fee is
7%, collected weekly. In addition, we require our franchise owner
to spend on a monthly basis 3% of sales in their local market
for advertising.

How long does it take to open a store?
A From getting the
permits, it will take 8 to 10 weeks to the opening day.

Where do I order my food products?
A We have national
contract with major food distributor that will delivered your
product to your store. We always insure that we provide the best
prices and quality to our franchise owner through our experience
staff.
