We started serving a modest menu of home-cooked meals at one family-owned and operated location in Vancouver in 1964.

Today there are four Knight & Day restaurants around town offering more than 100 menu items with the same honest value and homemade flavour. We love good food. Knight & Day is known for using only top quality ingredients, making our own sauces, gravies and dressings, and serving generous portions that satisfy big appetites at any time of night or day.
